If the SoundSend is blinking red, that means it cannot find 1+ speakers that it had previously saved. There are multiple things that you can do to figure out this issue:
- Check your app and look at Channel Check under the Advanced Settings tab. There you will see all speakers that are currently connected.
- Check each of the speakers not shown and check the power cords and the status of the blinking light in the back(this will vary with different manufacturers). Take note of how many lights there are and if they are blinking or solid.
- Try Scan for Speakers in the Advanced Settings tab. If the SoundSend light continues to blink red after this you will need to perform a factory reset on the speakers and SoundSend.
